Known for their excellence in delivering large-scale, high-quality residential developments, they are committed to providing a collaborative and dynamic work environment. As they continue to expand, they are seeking a Lead Superintendent to oversee a significant project in Maryland.

Description

The Lead Superintendent - Large Scale Multifamily - Maryland will have the following responsibilities:

• Supervise daily construction activities and quality control for all subcontractors.
• Oversee coordination between trades to ensure timely, efficient, and profitable project completion.
• Ensure compliance with contract documents, specifications, safety protocols, and local laws.
• Facilitate weekly subcontractor, owner, and architect meetings.
• Track manpower and complete daily reports.
• Assist with quality control oversight and field office document control.
• Create and manage look-ahead schedules and track site deliveries.
• Verify materials and equipment align with approved submittals.
• Work in partnership with the Project Manager to maintain accurate project schedules.

Profile

The Lead Superintendent - Large Scale Multifamily - Maryland will have:

• At least 3 years of experience as a Lead Superintendent, overseeing multifamily projects.
• A proven track record of managing large-scale projects (100+ units) from start to finish.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Job Offer

The Lead Superintendent - Large Scale Multifamily - Maryland will receive:

• a competitive base salary of $130,000 to $150,000 based on experience
• annual bonus potential up to 20%
