Premier company with a focus on beverage products. They are looking for a Maintenance Manager to successfully lead the team. Client Details Our client is a high quality creator of beverage items with a great facility and resources. Description Oversee and manage the maintenance team, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations. Foster a culture of safety, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and maximize productivity. Supervise the installation, repair, and upkeep of production machinery, utilities, and building systems. Coordinate with production teams to ensure maintenance schedules align with operational needs. Maintain spare parts inventory and procurement processes to ensure minimal equipment downtime. Ensure all maintenance activities comply with OSHA, FDA, and other regulatory standards. Conduct regular safety audits, risk assessments, and emergency preparedness drills. Promote safe working practices and enforce safety policies across the maintenance team. Develop and manage the maintenance department budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness. Profile Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field (preferred). Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance management, preferably in a beverage or food manufacturing environment. Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems. Familiarity with beverage production equipment such as filling lines, pasteurizers, and conveyors. Proficiency in using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS). Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and leadership skills. Strong understanding of safety and environmental regulations.
