Director, FP&A – Supply Chain

to join the Tailored Brands Financial Planning & Analysis team. The Director, FP&A-Supply Chain is responsible for leading financial planning and analysis (FP&A) for the Supply Chain division. This includes managing the budgeting, forecasting, and reporting of supply chain financials, identifying cost-saving opportunities, improving financial performance, and supporting strategic decision-making. The role requires close collaboration with the supply chain, finance, and operations teams to drive operational efficiency and support long-term business goals. What You’ll Do | Key Accountabilities Financial Planning & Analysis:

Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes for the supply chain division, including procurement, logistics, warehousing, and inventory management. Provide detailed financial insights and reports to senior leadership, helping to guide business decisions. Develop, implement, and refine financial models to predict costs, savings, and capital expenditures within the supply chain. Manage financial consolidation and reporting for all supply chain-related functions.

Cost Management and Optimization:

Analyze cost drivers and develop strategies to reduce costs while maintaining operational efficiency. Partner with the supply chain operations team to drive cost-saving initiatives and monitor their financial impact. Provide financial analysis on supply chain metrics, including inventory levels, transportation costs, and supplier performance.

Strategic Decision Support:

Partner with cross-functional teams (procurement, logistics, inventory, etc.) to assess and evaluate key business opportunities. Support executive leadership with ad hoc financial analyses related to supply chain strategies and decisions. Drive continuous improvements in financial and operational processes to support strategic growth objectives.

Reporting & Compliance:

Prepare and present regular financial reports to senior leadership, providing insights into performance, trends, and forecasts. Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements for supply chain finance.

Team Leadership & Development:

Lead and mentor a team of financial analysts, providing guidance, training, and professional development. Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the FP&A team and across the supply chain department.

What You’ll Bring | Skills & Experience Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field (MBA or CPA is a plus). 12+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis, including at least 3-5 years in a leadership role. Proven experience in supply chain financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, cost analysis, and strategic planning. Strong understanding of supply chain processes (procurement, logistics, inventory, etc.) and key financial metrics. Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex financial data and present actionable insights. Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting tools (Excel, ERP systems, etc.). Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and influence decision-making. Strong leadership and management skills, with experience managing a team. Work Environment, Physical & Mental Demands Ability to sit and work at a computer keyboard for extended periods of time. Ability to stoop, kneel, bend at the waist, and reach daily. Must utilize visual acuity, speech and hearing, hand and eye coordination and manual dexterity necessary to operate a computer and office equipment. Hours regularly 40 hours per week, as work dictates, from a remote office location. The starting salary for this position is $141,100 to $216,300 and may increase to $293,900 depending on merit, length of service with the Company, and other factors. We take into consideration an individual’s skills, background, and experience in determining final salary. Other compensation may include a 20% Annual Incentive Plan (AIP) bonus paid out according to policy. Base pay information is based on market location and may be subject to prevailing wage laws, if applicable.
