Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Professional
to join our dynamic team. Reporting to the CFO and Leadership Team, this role will be pivotal in shaping strategic decisions, optimizing financial performance, and enhancing supply chain operations. Key Responsibilities Financial Planning & Analysis:
Develop, manage, and refine financial models to support business forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning. Provide actionable insights into business performance, including variance analysis and scenario planning. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to establish KPIs and track performance metrics against strategic goals.
Supply Chain Management Support:
Analyze supply chain operations to identify cost-saving opportunities and optimize vendor negotiations. Evaluate market trends and material rates to ensure the company stays competitive and profitable. Partner with operations teams to enhance inventory management, procurement processes, and logistics planning.
Strategic Advisory:
Work closely with the Leadership to support strategic initiatives, including market expansion, pricing strategies, and process improvements. Assist in evaluating M&A opportunities and partnership prospects aligned with the company’s goals.
Reporting & Communication:
Prepare detailed financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior leadership and stakeholders. Support compliance with financial regulations, audits, and internal controls. Facilitate clear communication between finance, operations, and external partners.
Data Warehouse & Reporting Design:
Lead the design and implementation of the company’s FP&A data warehouse, integrating data from multiple sources to create a centralized, accessible system. Develop robust reporting tools and dashboards to enable real-time insights into financial and operational performance. Partner with IT and operations teams to ensure data accuracy, system scalability, and user accessibility.
Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (Master’s degree or CFA/CPA preferred). 5+ years of FP&A or related financial experience, ideally within distribution, supply chain, waste management, or industrial sectors. Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting tools, and advanced Excel skills. Familiarity with ERP systems and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to distill complex data into actionable insights. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience presenting to senior leadership. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Why Join Us?
