Overview
As the Senior Analyst working for Hepburn and Sons LLC, you will assist the PMS 443 Bridge Integration Program Office (BIPO) in support of Naval fleet readiness and ship modernization.

erform independent, critical thought in evaluating program needs versus resources and provide cohesive guidance to the customer. You will be expected to e
stablish, maintain, and promote good customer relationships and respond quickly to customer requests. Responsibilities
Develop budget and finance products for the customer to track and inform the team of budgetary controls (both Department of the Navy and Office of the Secretary of Defense) as well as executable allocations to the various projects in the BIPO portfolio
Attend program planning meetings and make adjustments to program budgets based on changing priorities of the Director Track "puts and takes" to the various project accounts and communicate these changes to the BIPO Team Work with the BIPO Team to develop annual POM requirements and succinctly message program fiscal needs to resource sponsors throughout the PPBE process Work closely with the BFM Team in developing spending reallocations between accounts or through outside sources to meet changing demands
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, a related field or equivalent experience 8 years financial analysis experience, including a thorough knowledge of DAR/FAR and other applicable government regulations Must have advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel with normal proficiency in other Microsoft Office products including Word, Outlook and SharePoint Applicants must be capable of attaining a DoD Secret clearance. Applicants selected for a security clearance will be subject to a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirement for access to classified information Proficiency in the use of Navy financial IT systems such as ERP, NEPS, and Compass / FINMOD highly desirable
