Data Scientist / Product Focused / User Retention

We are seeking a
Senior Data Scientist
with a deep understanding of user behavior, retention strategies, and acquisition modeling to join a fast-paced, product-focused organization. This role is at the forefront of driving growth and engagement through advanced data insights, A/B testing, and predictive analytics. The ideal candidate has experience working in a high-growth, user-centric environment and is passionate about leveraging data to improve product experiences and optimize key performance metrics.
Required Skills & Experience:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field. 7+ years of experience in data science, preferably in a product-focused company with a heavy emphasis on daily active users. Proven expertise in A/B testing, experimental design, and measuring the impact of product changes on user behavior. Strong proficiency in statistical modeling, machine learning, and predictive analytics. Experience with user acquisition, retention, and churn prediction models. Advanced skills in SQL and Python (or R) for data manipulation, analysis, and visualization. Familiarity with attribution modeling and customer journey analysis. Experience working with large-scale datasets and cloud-based data platforms such as Snowflake, BigQuery, or Redshift. Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate complex analyses into actionable insights for stakeholders. Desired Skills & Experience:
Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI. Knowledge of product metrics, including DAU/MAU ratios, LTV, and cohort analysis. Familiarity with customer segmentation techniques and personalization strategies. Exposure to data-driven product development in the e-commerce, media, or social networking space. Ability to collaborate with product managers, engineers, and marketing teams to define and measure success metrics. What You Will Be Doing:
