Team Overview
Planit is a product that is deployed throughout Omnicom's media agencies. It is highly configurable and complete solution for capturing, consolidating, and reporting on local media activity across various markets. Once the data is entered, it is then aggregated, validated and available via a suite of custom and ad-hoc reporting tools.
The Planit team is responsible for providing this product solution for media planners to enter their media plans, submit approvals, report media activity, consolidate budgets and work closely with account teams to achieve their media planning and reporting goals. We work closely with the strategy teams to ensure that the data is being captured accurately and thoroughly.
Position Overview
The Client Solutions Manager is responsible for the overall deployment and on-going, local/regional support for specific clients using Planit, OMG's global media planning consolidation platform. The Client Solutions Manager should also act as the product expert and ensure that the final deliverables meet the approved requirements.

This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, benefits include: health insurance, vision insurance, dental insurance, 401(k), Healthcare Flexible Spending Account, Dependent Care Flexible Spending Account, vacation days, sick days, personal days, paid parental leave, paid medical leave, and STD/LTD insurance benefits.
Compensation Range
$67,000-$95,000 USD
This role is hybrid, requiring three (3) days per week in the office. The remaining two (2) days may be worked remotely. Specific in-office days will be discussed during the interview process, with flexibility to align with team needs. Please note that the number or required in-office days may be adjusted over time, potentially increasing the number of required in-office days based on business needs.

Key Responsibilities
- Support Department Director in the deployment process for Planit and its core components for various OMG clients
- Provide trouble-shooting assistance in all areas of the platform
- Gain an understanding of the client's business and build relationships with the client team
- Build relationships with key stakeholders
- Train new users on how to enter their data into the pre-defined input templates
- Develop training materials and curriculums
- Assist client teams in report creation and design
- Provide insight during client discovery meetings, as needed
- Gather business requirements for new and existing clients
- Recommend product enhancements based on local market feedback
- Send internal communications and progress updates to core audience
- Maintain user-access and security permissions
- Respond to ad hoc requests and issues
- Assist in quality assurance and data quality
Required Skills
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office especially MS Excel and working with pivot tables
- Strong knowledge of the US media planning/buying process and media planning terminology
- A technical mindset and general understanding of databases, business intelligence, data visualization and web applications is also ideal
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong relationship management skills between development and sponsor groups
- Strong problem-solving skills to analyze complex problems, interpret account needs, and develop integrated, creative solutions
- Work self-sufficiently to complete a project with a minimal supervision
