We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development/Sales Representative to join our staffing agency specializing in travel nursing. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:

    • Identify and prospect new healthcare facility clients (hospitals, clinics, and long-term care facilities) seeking travel nursing services.
    • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients by understanding their staffing needs and offering tailored solutions.
    • Negotiate contracts and ensure client satisfaction throughout the hiring process.
  2. Sales Strategy and Revenue Growth:

    • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals.
    • Track and analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities.
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote staffing solutions and generate leads.
  3. Recruitment Collaboration:

    • Partner with the recruitment team to ensure alignment between client needs and candidate qualifications.
    • Provide timely feedback to recruiters regarding client preferences and hiring decisions.
  4. Networking and Market Development:

    • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand the agency’s presence in the travel nursing market.
    • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and regulatory updates.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in healthcare staffing or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of travel nursing or healthcare staffing operations.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a results-oriented environment with a focus on achieving sales targets.
  • Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or a related field (preferred).
