Position Overview:

We are seeking a Civil Litigation Attorney with 3+ years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in civil litigation, including experience with discovery, taking plaintiff depositions, interacting with opposing counsel, and engaging directly with clients. Trial experience is a huge plus!

Key Responsibilities:

1. Handle all aspects of civil litigation cases, from inception to resolution
2. Conduct discovery, including drafting and responding to discovery requests
3. Take depositions of plaintiffs and other key witnesses
4. Interact with opposing counsel to negotiate settlements and resolve disputes
5. Provide direct client representation and maintain strong client relationships
6. Assist with trial preparation and potentially serve as 1st or 2nd chair in trials

Qualifications:

1. Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
2. MA Bar license
3. 3+ years of experience in civil litigation
4. Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
5. Excellent written and oral communication skills
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
