Duties
Provide legal support to clients and assist senior attorneys in case management. Maintain and foster strong relationships with clients. Draft, review, and prepare legal documents, including reports and motions. Take depositions and manage the discovery process. Advise clients on legal and business matters, offering strategic recommendations. Negotiate settlements and resolve legal disputes efficiently. Ensure compliance with all legal standards and regulations throughout case handling. Requirements
Proven experience in civil litigation defense, including trial preparation and courtroom advocacy. Strong background in drafting legal documents and handling law and motion practice. Experience managing litigation cases and interacting with clients. Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to negotiate and resolve disputes effectively. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Education
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an ABA-accredited law school. Certifications
Active membership in the California State Bar. Skills
Strong legal writing and drafting skills. Advanced knowledge of civil litigation defense procedures and case management. Proficiency in taking depositions and preparing witnesses. Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues. Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.
