GroupeSTAHL is a leading international manufacturer, distributor and direct supplier in the field of custom textile printing.

What you'll be doing:GroupeSTAHL is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to join our Digital Strategy Team. The role involves overseeing the planning, implementation, and maintenance of our digital advertising strategies, managing significant budgets, and handling asset creation across various divisions. The manager will oversee relationships with our marketing agency, ensuring smooth coordination across ad networks.

Responsibilities include managing PPC, affiliate, and social media advertising channels, executing strategies for new customer acquisition, and working collaboratively with the corporate Marketing Team. The manager will also handle Paid Search campaigns, develop product-level strategies for new campaigns, and implement industry best practices. Additional duties include managing ad creative distribution, executing Retargeting and PLA campaigns, conducting A/B and multivariate tests, and overseeing ad-related SEO for all ecommerce sites. The successful candidate will create detailed reports and make strategic recommendations using PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Google Looker Studio to keep stakeholders informed about campaign performance.

Essential Functions

Responsibilities:
• Work to achieve KPIs such as revenue, budget, and visitor activity targets.
• Develop strategy to acquire profitable new customers.
• Work with our marketing agency to develop new campaigns and manage existing campaigns for Google Ads/YouTube, MS Bing Ads, all Social Media networks.
• Create and drive campaigns for Affiliate networks such as Rakuten.
• Develop video ad campaigns and new media campaigns.
• Develop and execute PLA campaigns for Google and Bing, including creation of detailed product feeds for GroupeSTAHL ecommerce sites.
• Set up and execute A/B and multivariate testing on ads and campaigns.
• Drive year-over-year growth in KPIs through GroupeSTAHL's strategic product lines and seasonal sales/offers/goals.
• Execute day-to-day activities to meet channel strategies and quarterly objectives.
• Provide professional reporting and insightful documentation to stakeholders on a weekly, monthly, and yearly basis. Or when requested, with the ability to produce reporting on short notice.
• Manage day-to-day Search Marketing activities across multiple search engines and advertising platforms, including (but not limited to) Google Ads and Microsoft Bing Ads, Social Media platforms, and Affiliate platforms.
• Assist our corporate Digital Strategy Team in performing ongoing keyword research (discovery and expansion).
• Understand complex tracking code implementations as they pertain to Digital Advertising and work with the Web Analyst position on correct, functional KPI tracking related to campaigns.
• Manage assets, meaning review and editing suggestions for ad copy/image ads, video ads and social reels, development and testing of landing pages, and review and analysis of KPIs to form recommendations.
• Manage large advertising budgets for several companies, simultaneously, while working to reduce cost where possible.
• Assist in the development of near and long-term account strategies that are in-line with GroupeSTAHL product goals and offers/specials.
• Identify and monitor PPC industry best practices/trends/advances to assist our corporate Digital Strategy Team in developing new ideas and opportunities for GroupeSTAHL companies.
• Consult with our Marketing Agency, Web Marketing Team members, and other GroupeSTAHL companies on strategy, concerns, changes, and improvements for ad campaigns and/or websites.

Required Skills:
• Extensive knowledge of internet marketing tactics and strategies, as relates to search engine marketing, search engine optimization, and PPC advertising.
• Fundamental knowledge and experience with Google Ads, MS Bing Ads, Social Media ad platforms.
• Fundamental knowledge and experience with YouTube and other video advertising platforms.
• Extensive knowledge of advertising types and channels such as SERP text ads, Google/Bing Shopping, Remarketing/Retargeting, video and display ads.
• Extensive knowledge of new ad types, such as PMAX, AI, Email In-Box, others.
• Fundamental knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Merchant Center.
• High degree of proficiency with Microsoft Office products, mainly PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.

Education:
Masters Degree in Business, Marketing, or similar field -or- Bachelors degree and equivalent, applicable industry experience required.
• 6-8 years of experience is required in Digital Advertising.
• Google Ads Individual Certification is required. Other advertising platform certifications a big plus.
