WHO we're looking for:

We are looking for a Sales Operations Manager (EPP) who as part of the direct-to-consumer eCommerce team, will be responsible for the Enhanced Partner Program (EPP). This provides exclusive programs and discounts to key audience segments such as Education, Military, Government, and Fortune-500 employees.

You will specifically focus on enabling revenue growth through the operation and optimization of initiatives, both new and existing. Key duties will include: program and project management, account onboarding and management, garnering alignment from stakeholders, and business case planning. You will be expected to perform analytics (planned and ad-hoc) and facilitate forecasting. This includes creating insights/presentations for executive reviews.

Role and Responsibilities:

Contribute to the overall success of the business unit and help drive $1B+ in revenue. Drive revenue across key audiences, across all product categories. Manage ticketing process (Jira) and guiding development roadmap. Design and execute programs that will drive engagement/revenue. Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver new initiatives. Provide valuable segment insights to business and cross-functional leaders. Provide planned and ad-hoc reporting of all relevant segment metrics. Perform analytics using Microsoft Excel and Tableau. Facilitate creation of dashboards and reports by writing detailed requirements. Create presentations with compelling data driven story to share with leadership, cross-functional teams to provide insights and recommendations. Required Experience and Education:

5+ years of sales or sales operations experience. 5+ years of technology or telecommunications experience. 3+ years of business development experience. 3+ years of experience working with, or for, a Fortune 1000 organization. Bachelor's degree preferred. Experience with EPP programs and/or partnership with HR/benefits managers preferred. Necessary Skills and Attributes:

Limited supervision and the exercise of discretion. Strong communication and presentation skills. Ability to effectively communicate business insights and requirements. Strong project management skills. Strong Microsoft Excel skills (including formulas and lookups) are required. Strong Tableau skills (including Tableau Desktop experience) are preferred. Operate a computer keyboard and view a video display terminal between 50% - 95% of work time, including prolonged periods of time. Requires considerable (90%+) work utilizing high visual acuity/detail, numeric/character distinction, and moderate hand/finger dexterity.

Performs work under time schedules and stress which are normally periodic or cyclical, including time sensitive deadlines, intellectual challenge, some language barriers, and project management deadlines. May require working additional time beyond normal schedule and periodic travel.
