Benefits for the Chief People Officer:
Pay: $115,000 to $130,000 per year
The Chief People officer will manage ALLWORLD's people capital and be responsible for developing and deliver a strategic focus on recruitment, training and retention. The Chief People officer is an executive role and will report to the Chief Executive Officer. The CPO will be responsible for providing strategic consultation to the leadership team to support the continuous dynamic transformation of the ALLWORLD business model. The CPO must be able to influence and collaborate with all functions of the business.
Position Summary:
The Chief People Officer leads AWPM human resources, culture initiatives and facilities management. As the steward of our workplace environment and the architect of our employee experience, the CPO will play a pivotal role in fostering a dynamic and inclusive culture, driving organizational development, and championing our most valuable asset: our associates.
Essential functions: Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
Qualifications:
Education-Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Skills- Advanced skills in MS Office and professional accounting software.
Experience- Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in Human Resources roles
Competencies:
TYPICAL PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Must be able to communicate clearly both verbally and in writing. Requires the ability to operate general office equipment such as a computer, telephone, copier, and calculator. Requires the ability to lift and carry objects such as boxes of paper weighing up to 15 lbs.
TYPICAL WORKING CONDITIONS: Majority of the work is performed in an office environment.

- Develop and execute a comprehensive human resources strategy aligned with the company's vision, mission, and business goals.
- Lead and oversee all aspects of Human Resources practices and processes to support an employee-oriented, high-performance culture.
- Implement employee professional development strategies, including coordinator development, succession planning, and workforce development.
- Create and manage the HR budget, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively to support talent acquisition, HR programs, and initiatives.
- Oversee talent acquisition strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
- Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive compensation and benefits plans that are competitive and cost-effective.
- Stay updated on industry trends, labor legislation, and ensure company compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
- Develop and implement performance management systems that reflect clear performance criteria, evaluations, and development plans with SMART goals.
- Direct HR operations, including technology utilization, workflow processes, and use of metrics and analytics to gauge HR initiatives' effectiveness.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to the executive team on all people-related matters.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the HR function.
- Promote a culture of feedback and open communication
Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Chief Human Resources Officer, Chief People Officer or another senior HR executive role
- Demonstrable experience leading HR practices and objectives that provide an employee-oriented, high-performance culture
- Expertise in strategic planning, talent management, and workforce development
- In-depth knowledge of employment legislation, regulations, and best practices
- Proven track record of developing and implementing HR strategies that support business goals
- Experience with crafting company-wide policies
- Strong understanding of HR technology systems and data analytics
- Ability to foster a positive work environment and influence company culture
- Strategic thinker with the ability to create and sustain long-term plans
- High ethical standards and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
