Chief Financial Officer

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our executive leadership team. The CFO will oversee all financial activities, provide strategic direction, and ensure the organization’s financial health. This role requires a hands-on leader with a strong background in financial planning, forecasting, controls, and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Lead the company’s financial strategy, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives. Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes. Develop and implement robust financial controls, systems, and procedures to safeguard company assets and enhance operational efficiency. Manage cash flow and working capital to optimize financial performance. Provide executive leadership with detailed financial analysis and insights to drive decision-making. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and prepare accurate financial reports for internal and external stakeholders. Drive M&A activity, including due diligence, valuation, and integration. Partner with other executives to align financial goals with corporate strategy. Build and mentor a high-performing finance team. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred. 10+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, including at least 5 years in a CFO or equivalent role. Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling. Proven track record of implementing financial controls and driving operational efficiencies. Experience with mergers and acquisitions is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of compliance, regulatory frameworks, and financial reporting standards. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
