Duties: Handle all aspects of intellectual property litigation, including case strategy, discovery, motions practice, and trial preparation. Conduct legal research and analysis related to patent law, copyright law, and other intellectual property issues. Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents. Assist with patent portfolio analysis and client counseling. Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and courts. Participate in hearings, depositions, and other court proceedings as required. Manage case files, deadlines, and client communications. Collaborate with senior attorneys and support staff on case strategy and execution. Requirements: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Admission to the State Bar. 3-6 years of experience in IP litigation. Top law school credentials. Undergraduate degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, computer science, mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, biomedical engineering, or similar field (preferred).
