Job Description:
We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Real Estate Team Leader in Boston to join our team. The Real Estate Team Leader will be responsible for leading and managing a team of real estate agents, driving productivity, and fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence. This position offers an exciting opportunity to leverage your leadership skills and industry expertise to mentor and develop a high-performing team. Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of real estate agents to achieve individual and team goals. Provide guidance and support to agents in all aspects of their business, including lead generation, client management, negotiation, and transaction management. Conduct regular training sessions and workshops to enhance agents' skills and knowledge of the real estate market, industry trends, and best practices. Set performance targets and KPIs for the team and monitor progress towards goals, providing coaching and feedback as needed to drive results. Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain top talent, including recruiting, onboarding, and professional development initiatives. Collaborate with internal departments, including marketing, operations, and finance, to ensure seamless coordination and execution of business objectives. Stay updated on market conditions, industry developments, and regulatory changes to inform strategic decision-making and optimize team performance. Foster a positive and inclusive team culture that values diversity, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Requirements
Active real estate license in the United States (We are looking for agents in all 50 states). Minimum 2+ years of experience in real estate sales. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Deep understanding of the local real estate market. Proven track record of success in real estate sales. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. Proven record of success in sales. Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, promotions, advertising sales, or business administration preferred.
