We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Real Estate Listing Agent in Boston to join our team. The Real Estate Listing Agent will play a pivotal role in representing sellers and listing their properties for sale. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of clients, showcase properties, and facilitate successful transactions in the real estate market. Prospect for potential seller clients through various lead generation methods, including cold calling, networking, and marketing initiatives. Conduct property evaluations and comparative market analyses to determine accurate listing prices and advise sellers on pricing strategies. Develop comprehensive marketing plans for each property listing, utilizing a variety of channels and strategies to maximize exposure and attract potential buyers. Coordinate and oversee property showings, open houses, and virtual tours to showcase properties to prospective buyers. Communicate regularly with sellers to provide updates on market activity, showing feedback, and offers received. Negotiate purchase offers on behalf of sellers, advocating for their best interests and securing favorable terms and conditions. Coordinate with other real estate professionals, including buyers' agents, inspectors, appraisers, and attorneys, to ensure smooth and successful transactions. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of property listings, client interactions, and transaction details. Requirements
Minimum 2+ years of experience in real estate sales Strong communication and negotiation skills Deep understanding of the local real estate market Proven track record of success in real estate sales Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required Bachelor’s degree in marketing, promotions, advertising sales, or business administration preferred Familiarity with office software and phone systems What is the salary range for this position?
The role is commission based. Commission structure for this position is highly competitive and will be discussed during the interview process. Will I be offered training and support in my role as a remote real estate agent?
