We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated Commercial Real Estate Agent in Boston to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in assisting clients with buying, selling, and leasing commercial properties. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of clients and properties, while leveraging your expertise to achieve successful outcomes. Assist clients in the acquisition, disposition, and leasing of commercial properties, including office buildings, retail spaces, industrial facilities, and investment properties. Negotiate prices or other sales terms. Appraise property values. Prepare documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases. Provide expert guidance and advice to clients throughout the real estate transaction process, including property valuation, negotiation, and contract preparation. Coordinate property closings, overseeing the signing of documents and disbursement of funds. Contact property owners and advertise services to solicit property sales listings. Arrange for title searches to determine whether clients have clear property titles. Deliver promotional presentations to current or prospective customers. Attend conventions, seminars, and staff and association meetings to remain knowledgeable about real estate markets. Collaborate with team members to ensure the best possible client experience. Develop and maintain relationships with clients, property owners, investors, and other stakeholders in the commercial real estate industry. Requirements
Minimum 2+ years of experience in real estate sales. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Deep understanding of the local real estate market. Proven track record of success in real estate sales. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. Proven record of success in sales. Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:
