What you will do:
Develop and drive multiple project plans focused on skill building & learning from conception and planning to implementation, ensuring clear objectives and success criteria aligned cross-functionally
Drive decision making, alignment, and communication with stakeholders with increasing and conflicting demands
Proactively identifies and resolves potential complications within the program in a collaborative fashion
Lead junior program managers by setting goals and providing appropriate level of guidance
Oversee schedule, budget, tasks using project management tools, concisely sharing the relevant details with stakeholders
Create functional strategy of programs and develop program roadmaps
Use qualitative and quantitative data to drive decision making
What you are good at:
Exceptional prioritization and project management skills
Listening deeply and synthesizing the most critical issue at hand
Communicating complex ideas, anticipates potential objections and persuades others, often at senior levels, to adopt a different point of view
Driving change at a large company
Extracting insights from multiple data sources to make informed decisions
Staying organized amidst a high volume of complex projects and stakeholders
Working towards outcomes, using a proactive “get things done” approach, pivoting quickly and thinking of creative solutions
Working in a fast-paced and evolving environment
Qualifications:
10-15 years program management experience working in a fast-paced environment
Strategic thinker with strong experience leading high visibility, high impact programs with a proven track record of success
Experience driving significant change initiatives at a large company
Experience crafting clear KPIs and metrics

Time Type: Full time Employee Type: Assignee / Regular Travel: Yes, 10% of the Time Relocation Eligible: No U.S. Salary Range: $160,000.00 - $220,000.00 The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.
