We're looking for a Senior Specialist, Process & Controls to join our Finance team in Scottsdale, AZ. This role offers a blend of in-office work with the flexibility to work from home up to 2 days a week after completing the training period.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Document Management: Create, organize, update, maintain version control, and archive obsolete documents.
  • Quality Control: Perform regular audits of document management processes for accuracy.
  • Training and Support: Partner with the department trainer on new processes, implementation, and communication with the team.
  • Expertise in Systems: Subject matter expert in Stealth Premium Application and AmLINK.
  • Support Product Management: Assist in user acceptance testing in the Stealth Premium Application and AmLINK.
  • Support Sales Commission Audits: Ensure accuracy and completeness for monthly payroll cycles.
  • Financial Audits: Assist in quarterly audits to ensure accuracy, focusing on new products and services.
  • Handle Special Projects: Take on additional tasks and projects as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced Excel skills are required; familiarity with systems like Power Automate, PowerBI, and SharePoint is a plus.
  • Industry Experience: Experience in insurance, healthcare, or premium accounting is preferred.
  • Time Management: Proven ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
