We are seeking a passionate and experienced Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Accessibility (DEIA) Implementation Specialist to engage with our DEIA Thought Leader and our clients to support the implementation of their DEIA initiatives across the organization.
Responsibilities:
Support the development and implementation of comprehensive DEIA governance structure that aligns with the client's mission and values. Engage with senior government executives/leaders to support the development and implementation of an organization-wide DEIA governance model. Support the coordination and execution of meetings, including logistics, and meeting material preparation. Draft material to support implementation of governance model and other key areas of DEIA work. Support the development of briefings, reports, and other communique to communicate governance progress, goals, and achievements to internal and external stakeholders. Stay updated with legal and regulatory requirements related to governance models that relate to diversity, equity, inclusion and accessibility Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Organizational Development, Sociology, Psychology, or a related field. 5+ years of experience supporting the development and implementation of DEI programs and initiatives. Deep understanding of Federal Governance and Advisory Council, best practices, and current trends. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and create actionable plans. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels. Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire change in a diverse and dynamic environment. Strong organizational and project management skills. Experience in developing briefings, reports, and newsletters for executive audiences. Commitment to continuous learning and staying informed about DEI developments and innovations is a plus Preferred Skills:
Experience in a similar role within a large, complex organization. Certification in diversity and inclusion or related fields. Experience with Federal Advisory Councils at the SES/ GO/ Flag Officer level.

The salary range represents a general guideline; however, Steel Point Solutions considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

$110,000-$115,000 USD
