The position for the Administrative Assistant is direct hire with an organization that is over 100 years old! This busy role will be assisting the sales team with quotes, data entry into their systems, and emailing their customers information. You will also Answer incoming calls, greet visitors, some filing and ordering of supplies. The Administrative Assistant will have an annual salary up to 50K with benefits. Responsibilities:


• Answer and manage inbound calls efficiently

• Provide exceptional customer service at all times

• Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and speed

• Correspond with customers via email, ensuring all information is accurate and timely

• Handle both inbound and outbound calls as required

• Utilize Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word to perform various tasks

• Coordinate sales activities and assist the sales team as needed

• Prepare and provide quotes to customers

• Manage order entries accurately

• Greet and direct visitors appropriately

• Oversee the ordering and management of office supplies.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role
• Proficient in answering inbound calls and handling both inbound and outbound calls
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proven experience in data entry
• Ability to handle email correspondence professionally
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word
• Experience in coordinating sales and preparing quotes
• Knowledge in order entry process.
