We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for an Administrative Assistant in Rohnert Park, California. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be tasked with ensuring superior customer service is provided to both internal and external clients, maintaining organized and efficient filing systems, and managing various administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Ensuring superior customer service by acting as the primary point of contact for both internal and external clients.
• Promptly answering and directing phone calls, as well as managing the call log.
• Developing and maintaining an efficient filing system to guarantee that procedures and documentation are organized and easily accessible.
• Preparing various forms of communication, such as memos, emails, invoices, reports, and other correspondence.
• Exhibiting detail oriented and courteous communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.
• Assisting in the generation of regularly scheduled reports.
• Providing general administrative support to the team, which includes managing calendars, organizing meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
• Handling any complaints or queries in a detail oriented manner to ensure client satisfaction.• The candidate must have at least 1 year of experience in an administrative role

• Proficiency in answering inbound calls is required

• Excellent customer service skills are essential

• The candidate must possess strong data entry skills

• Proficiency in email correspondence is necessary

• Experience with both inbound and outbound calls is a must

• The candidate must be skilled in using Microsoft Excel

• Proficiency in using Microsoft Outlook is expected

• The candidate must have experience in using Microsoft PowerPoint

• Proficiency in using Microsoft Word is required

• The ability to schedule appointments effectively is essential
