Robert Half is offering a long-term contract opportunity for an Administrative Assistant in Frankfort, Kentucky. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our team by managing daily administrative tasks. This includes customer service, data entry, and handling inbound and outbound calls.


Responsibilities:

• Act as the initial point of contact, handling inbound calls and directing them appropriately

• Maintain and update customer records accurately

• Manage email correspondence efficiently

• Assist in the preparation and organization of meeting spaces and workspaces

• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries

• Process customer mortgage payments and log payment information into the system

• Collaborate with other departments as needed for various tasks and projects

• Operate office equipment and fulfill copy requests while maintaining a detail-oriented image

• Use Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook for various administrative tasks

• Schedule appointments and manage corporate van usage.

• Proficient in answering inbound calls, demonstrating excellent communication skills
• Exceptional customer service skills, with an ability to handle queries and complaints with detail orientation
• Accurate and efficient data entry skills
• Capable of handling email correspondence in a timely and detail oriented manner
• Experienced in managing both inbound and outbound calls
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management and analysis
• Skilled in using Microsoft Outlook for scheduling, email management, and communication
• Ability to create engaging presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint
• Proficient in using Microsoft Word for document creation and editing
• Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to schedule appointments and manage calendars effectively
