We are seeking an part-time Administrative Assistant for our team based in JEROMESVILLE, Ohio, in the Wholesale Distribution industry. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be tasked with handling inbound calls, providing customer service, and managing data entry tasks. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity.


Responsibilities:

• Handle and respond to inbound calls accurately and professionally

• Provide exceptional customer service to all clients

• Perform data entry tasks with precision and efficiency

• Maintain effective email correspondence with clients and team members

• Manage and organize administrative work including filing and auditing files

• Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) for various tasks

• Arrange and schedule appointments as necessary.

• Proficient in Data Entry, with the ability to accurately input and manage large volumes of data
• Skilled in Email Correspondence, with the ability to draft, send, and manage detail oriented emails
• Expert in Microsoft Excel, capable of creating and managing complex spreadsheets
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, with the ability to manage email and calendar functions
• Knowledgeable in Microsoft PowerPoint, capable of creating visually appealing and informative presentations
• Skilled in Microsoft Word, with the ability to draft and format various documents
• Experience in scheduling appointments, with the ability to manage and coordinate schedules for multiple individuals or teams
