Job Description
We are offering a contract employment opportunity for an Administrative Assistant in Louisville, Kentucky. As an integral part of our team, you will be involved in various administrative duties that are key to maintaining smooth operations in our industry.
Responsibilities:
• Accurately processing both external and internal documents, which includes tasks such as typing, formatting, and preparing confidential documents.
• Utilizing our document management system(s) for scanning and quality control review of client documents.
• Keeping track of and maintaining supplies and materials necessary for document processing.
• Regularly updating the status of different projects, marking them as received, in process, and completed.
• Providing backup support for the front desk and assisting with firm errands/deliveries when necessary.
• Taking on additional administrative projects as needed, demonstrating a commitment to a career in administrative support
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook• Ability to handle and convert files in PDF format
• Experience with electronic file management and record keeping
• Familiarity with receptionist duties including handling incoming calls and managing correspondence
• Proven experience in administrative assistance or related roles
• Prior administrative experience in a detail oriented setting is required
