We are offering a PT employment opportunity for an Administrative Assistant in the Downtown Manhattan area. This role is centered around providing comprehensive administrative support and organizing daily tasks and projects. Responsibilities
• Efficiently address client and review team issues, ensuring a positive experience for all parties.
• Provide in-office support, managing general and clerical tasks.
• Take charge of vendor relationships and ensure smooth operations.
• Oversee the billing process, including check processing, to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Ensure front office coverage, maintaining a detail oriented and organized environment.
• Handle phone coverage, assisting with inquiries and directing calls as necessary.
• Manage file systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
• Proven ability to provide back-office support, including handling phone calls, scheduling appointments, and managing correspondence
• Demonstrated experience managing vendor relationships, including negotiating contracts and overseeing service delivery
• Strong skills in administrative assistance, including data entry, document management, and organization
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workloads in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in using office software such as Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• High school diploma or equivalent; higher degree in a relevant discipline will be appreciated
• Being a team player with a customer service orientation.
