Responsibilities
• Ensure clear and friendly assistance to Spanish-speaking clients and partners as a key point of contact.
• Handle general office tasks such as managing correspondence, scheduling, and maintaining office supplies.
• Assist in the preparation and translation of documents, reports, and presentations to cater to our Spanish-speaking audience.
• Play a supportive role in the planning and execution of community events, meetings, and outreach programs.
• Maintain accurate records and perform data entry tasks with attention to detail.
• Collaborate with team members to address administrative needs, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, ensuring all communication is clear and detail oriented.
• Use Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to manage tasks and communicate effectively.
• Schedule appointments and meetings as necessary, ensuring all parties are informed and prepared.
• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary.• Minimum of 2 years experience in an administrative role within the non-profit sector
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
• Experience in handling both inbound and outbound calls professionally
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on building and maintaining relationships
• Ability to manage data entry tasks efficiently and accurately
• Proven experience in email correspondence with excellent written communication skills
• Capability to schedule appointments effectively, ensuring smooth operation of daily activities
• Exceptional ability to answer inbound calls promptly and professionally
• Demonstrated proficiency in managing multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
