Responsibilities:
• Handling and routing inbound and outbound calls with attention to detail
• Managing and maintaining the organization's calendar
• Facilitating travel arrangements and reservations as necessary
• Performing data entry tasks with accuracy
• Corresponding through email effectively and with attention to detail
• Utilizing Microsoft Outlook for various tasks
• Managing office supplies and placing orders when necessary
• Using Concur Travel for making travel arrangements• Proficiency in Data Entry is required.
• Must be adept at Email Correspondence.
• Experience with handling Inbound and Outbound Calls is necessary.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook.
• Should be skilled in Arranging Travel for staff members.
• Ability to Book Travel Arrangements efficiently.
• Familiarity with Concur Travel software is a plus.
• Must be capable of Calendar Management.
• Experience in ordering and managing Office Supplies is required.
