Job Description
Ultimate Staffing is actively seeking a dedicated and efficient Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join a client's team in Greenwood Village, CO. This position plays a crucial role in maintaining smooth office operations and ensuring a welcoming environment for all clients and visitors. This is a temp to hire opportunity!
Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls and emails.
- Schedule and confirm client appointments.
- Organize and maintain digital and physical files.
- Assist with data entry and preparing client documents.
- Handle and safeguard confidential client information with discretion and professionalism.
- Provide support for tax season tasks, including gathering client information and processing forms.
- Call clients for payments and any follow-up needed.
- Deliver superior customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Handle general office tasks such as ordering supplies and maintaining a tidy workspace.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Prior experience in an administrative role for at least 1 year.
Required Work Hours
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a 30-minute lunch break. The role comprises 37.5 hours per week, with the potential for additional hours during the busy season.
Benefits
Compensation for this role ranges from $20 to $23 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
