Job Description


In this role, you will be responsible for leading the total plant operations at Odom Coca-Cola Bottling of Hawai'i. Your top priorities will include ensuring safety, mechanical efficiency, service excellence, and cost efficiency. This position requires strong leadership and people management skills to optimize team performance, with a keen focus on delivering excellent service to our customers. You will also be a role model, championing diversity, equity, and inclusion to create a positive work environment.



Essential Duties & Responsibilities include but are not limited to:



  • Assume responsibility for the effective and efficient line performance of the plant operations

  • Ensure the Manufacturing facility follows all KORE Quality/Environmental/Safety, ISO-9001, ISO-14001, OSHAS-18001, and FSSC-22000 requirements and all Federal/State laws and regulations pertaining to production

  • Drives continuous improvements in key areas - Production, Quality, Safety, Maintenance and Environmental relative to production processes

  • Establish and monitor the efficiency and performance of key business indicators for production, quality assurance, maintenance, and management system

  • Coordinates regularly with departments to ensure that all fleet, building, and manufacturing equipment are in good operating condition and proposes future capital expenditures and packages

  • Provides a professional development of staff, ensures that the manufacturing facility is always adequately staffed and trained

  • Full responsibility of plants budgets, expenses, and procedures

  • Responsible for ensuring all aspects of the workplace are safe, clean and the facility is within compliance

  • Responsible for building and maintaining a high-performing team by interviewing, hiring, and appropriately disciplining team members.

  • In this role you will be responsible for leading total plant operations

  • The top priorities of this role are to ensure safety, mechanical efficiency, service and cost efficiencies of the operations


Job Requirements



  • Bachelor's degree preferred

  • 10+ years progressive experience in beverage production, maintenance, warehouse, and management

  • Knowledge of manufacturing operations

  • Understanding of ISO Management Systems for Quality, Safety and Environmental

  • Knowledge of international food safety requirements

  • Understanding of Coca-Cola KORE requirements and regulatory requirements for facilities

  • Understanding of safety procedures and OSHA requirements

  • Strong aptitude for root cause analysis and troubleshooting operational issues
