Job Title: Receptionist Job Location: Philadelphia, PA Reports to: Office Manager / HR Manager Job Overview: We are seeking a professional, friendly, and organized Receptionist to join our team. The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing a welcoming and efficient experience. In addition to greeting guests, you will handle administrative tasks such as answering calls, managing schedules, and supporting the office's daily operations. Key Responsibilities: Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments or personnel. Maintain and manage the office calendar and appointments for staff members. Schedule meetings, conferences, and appointments as required. Provide administrative support, including data entry, filing, and document preparation. Ensure the reception area is tidy and organized at all times. Monitor and maintain office supplies and equipment inventory. Assist in managing office security, including signing in visitors and issuing badges. Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements for staff. Perform other administrative tasks and special projects as needed.

Job Requirement: High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) and basic office equipment (printers, fax machines, etc.). Professional demeanor with a focus on customer service. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
