Position Summary:

The Receptionist at Care Crafter Home Care, LLC will be responsible for greeting and assisting clients, visitors, and staff, managing incoming calls, scheduling appointments, and maintaining a well-organized and welcoming front desk environment. Key Responsibilities:


  1. Front Desk Operations:

    • Greet clients, visitors, and staff with a warm and professional demeanor, creating a positive first impression.

    • Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate person or department, providing accurate and timely information.

  2. Appointment Scheduling:

    • Coordinate and schedule appointments, ensuring accurate entries into the scheduling system.

  3. Client and Visitor Assistance:

    • Maintain a neat and organized reception area, ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment.

  4. Administrative Support:

    • Manage mail and package distribution, ensuring timely delivery to the appropriate recipients.

    • Perform data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks as needed to support office operations.

  5. Communication Coordination:

    • Relay messages and information between clients, DCWs, and staff members to facilitate effective communication.

    • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth information flow and coordination.

  6. Problem Solving and Conflict Resolution:

    • Address client concerns, requests, or issues in a professional and courteous manner, escalating matters as necessary.

    • Collaborate with the management team to resolve any challenges or discrepancies that may arise.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree preferred).

  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently.

  • Proficiency in using office equipment and software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite.
