Temporary Receptionist/Admin Role
Location: Midtown (Onsite)
Duration: 6-8 Weeks
Compensation: Up to $30/hour

Winston is hiring! We are seeking a Temporary Receptionist/Administrative Assistant. This is a great opportunity for someone organized, personable, and eager to contribute to a dynamic office environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact at the front desk, greeting visitors and answering phone calls
  • Manage the reception calendar, including scheduling appointments and meetings
  • Scan, organize, and file documents with accuracy
  • Assist with mailroom duties such as sorting and distributing mail
  • Provide administrative support to the Office Manager, including ad hoc tasks as needed

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in reception or administrative roles is preferred
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
