As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our company. Your responsibilities will include greeting visitors, managing phone calls, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations. Your role is crucial in maintaining a professional and inviting atmosphere at our front desk.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors and clients upon their arrival.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a courteous and professional manner.
- Manage appointment scheduling and maintain calendars for team members.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Maintain an organised and tidy reception area.
- Provide administrative support, including data entry, filing, and document preparation.
- Assist in responding to inquiries via email and in person.
- Ensure adherence to company security protocols regarding visitor access.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to support overall operations.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanour.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable using office equipment.
