Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors, ensuring they feel comfortable and attended to.
  • Answer phone calls, direct inquiries to the appropriate departments, and take messages when necessary.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
  • Maintain the reception area by ensuring it is tidy and presentable.
  • Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and photocopying.
  • Assist in managing office supplies, ensuring stock levels are adequate.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure visitors sign in and follow any required security protocols.
  • Support other team members with administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office management or related fields is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
