Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced Heavy Equipment Operator to join our team. You will be responsible for operating various types of equipment associated with a Aggregate plant operations. Previous experience with Loaders, Excavators, Dozers required. Duties: - Operate and maintain a variety of equipment including, but not limited to, off road haul trucks, loaders, skid steers, excavators, water trucks and various Caterpillar machinery - Properly follow MSHA safety procedures and protocols - Perform daily pre shift inspections of assigned equipment - Perform routine maintenance and inspections on equipment to ensure proper functioning - Must follow a reliable, dependable and consistent attendance schedule - Follow instructions from supervisors for daily and specific tasks - Willingness to work in a team environment and assist with other duties when assigned or asked Experience: - Previous experience operating heavy equipment strongly suggested - Ability to operate equipment safely and efficiently - Ability to follow through and have attention to detail Benefits: - Competitive pay based on experience Requirements: - Valid driver's license and dependable transportation - Ability to pass a physical and drug screening - Ability to work independently and as part of a team If you have the necessary skills and experience to excel in this role, we encourage you to apply.
