Asset Care Excellence Reliability Engineer
The ACE Reliability Engineer is responsible for asset maintenance, reliability, and outage scope guidance, overseeing
overall area asset care. This role acts as the liaison between production, maintenance, engineering, and third-party
subject matter experts to ensure plant reliability, increase equipment availability, and optimize asset capacity
utilization (OEE). The engineer leads and coordinates efforts within the Operations/Production Department and
provides organization, planning, and direction for maintenance, reliability, production/capital improvements, and
technical documentation for assigned areas.
Responsibilities:
- Apply the principles of Asset Care Excellence (ACE), ensuring technical means for safe operation and

- Conduct Pareto analyses of maintenance costs and repair frequencies, utilizing OEE loss analysis to identify

Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree or higher.
- Experience within the chemical, process, or petrochemical industry.
- Experience working with production personnel, with the ability to teach and mentor production and
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles is required.
- The role requires a combination of theoretical technical knowledge, analytical thinking, and process experience to
solve maintenance, process, and technical project challenges.
