Pritchard Industries Sports and Entertainment Group is seeking an experienced Regional Recruiter to join our team. The successful incumbent will be highly organized and efficiently source, pre-select and hire top industry talent.

The position is hybrid & will require flexibility to travel within the region. The Regional Recruiter will report directly to the Vice President, Human Resources. The position will be in Louisville, Kentucky.

Requirement: Bilingual - English & Spanish.

You will collaborate with our Hiring Managers on identifying the scope of our recruitment needs, sourcing candidates from multiple job boards, managing the selection process, through full cycle hiring. This position will require travel.

Be responsible for drafting, creating and updating job descriptions, posting and monitoring job listings from hourly to manager, tracking candidates, and responding to any inquiries related to job vacancies within our company. You will also schedule and conduct interviews in coordination with other members of our recruiting team and make shortlists of the most successful candidates and present them to the hiring manager.

As you'll be regularly communicating with your manager, hiring managers, candidates, excellent communication skills are a prerequisite for getting the job completed. Working knowledge of candidate tracking systems, such as Clear Company, Workable, ADP, etc., will be considered a plus. Ability to manage a junior recruiter a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Work together with your manager, VP of operations, hiring managers to determine recruitment needs, create job descriptions, post positions and source/interview candidates.
  • Survey the job market, identify current hiring trends, and derive insights that will help us attract and land better-qualified applicants.
  • Create job descriptions, establish hiring criteria in coordination with our managers, and post ads on sites such as LinkedIn, Facebook, indeed, and Monster.
  • Pre-select and source candidates using employee referrals, networking through social media, and job ads.
  • Assess candidates' applications, perform screenings, schedule and conduct interviews, and report on the progress of your recruitment initiatives to your manager weekly.
  • Answer any questions potential candidates may have about our company and keep them updated on their progress through the hiring funnel.
  • Be creative with ideas to attract a larger pool of candidates (rework the job description, open the geographical span etc.) If no applicants are applying for a specific open position, it is your responsibility to determine the next steps to attract applicants.
  • Develop and maintain weekly recruiting reports for leaders and the hiring managers.
  • Any other tasks as required by your manager
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or MS in HR, Administration, Communications, or a similar field preferred.
  • 3+years of relevant experience conducting full cycle recruitment processes and reporting.
  • Working knowledge of popular ATS solutions.
  • Well-rounded knowledge of various sourcing methods and job boards, such as LinkedIn, Monster, and Indeed.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Superb time-management and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to pivot and change direction without a moment's notice.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English is a requirement.
