This individual will partner with business leaders to deliver end-to-end lateral recruitment solutions and fill positions at all levels. In addition, they will lead the annual campus recruiting effort. The successful candidate will have strong client service, project management, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. What you will do:
Base Salary range: $150,000 to $190,000. In addition, this role is eligible for an annual incentive bonus. Compensation may vary based upon, but not limited to - the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, and internal equity.

First Eagle is seeking a Senior Recruiter to join the New York HR team. This individual will partner with business leaders to deliver end-to-end lateral recruitment solutions and fill positions at all levels. What you will do:
- Manage the full recruiting life-cycle through direct sourcing and retained or contingent search firms
- Successfully partner with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies for full-time and contract hires
- Collaborate with fellow HR team members to develop creative, compelling offers to attract top talent and obtain approvals
- Lead the intern and full-time campus recruiting programs (approx. 12 interns and 4 full-time hires per year)
- Engage internal and external candidates in a positive manner, sharing our value proposition, and ensuring a best-in-class experience
- Effectively partner with external search firms to ensure a smooth recruiting process
- Gain a solid understanding of First Eagle's HR tools, processes and protocols to source, recruit and hire experienced and/or campus candidates
- Help resolve complex recruitment challenges
- Develop and implement appropriate sourcing strategies, paying particular attention to inclusiveness initiatives and creative sourcing techniques
- Conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications
- Conduct reference checks and background checks for selected candidates
- Extend offers to candidates, securing high acceptance rates
- Ensure data integrity in Workday (ATS) and make updates as needed
- Maintain weekly recruiting tracker and support the production of quality data analytics and dashboards to share recruiting activity and wins
- Undergraduate Degree required
- A minimum of 10 years of recruiting experience in financial services or related industry
- Excellent knowledge and demonstrated results using recruitment technology (i.e. LinkedIn Recruiter, Workday, Applicant Tracking Systems)
- Maintain discretion when dealing with sensitive information, records, and reports
- Resourceful, well-organized, detail-oriented, highly dependable and proactive
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and confidence with colleagues and clients at all levels
- Positive disposition, can-do attitude and a strong sense of personal accountability
