We are in search of a dedicated HR Coordinator to become a part of our team in the Telecom Services industry. Situated in GREENWOOD VILLAGE, Colorado, the HR Coordinator will contribute to a range of administrative tasks that support the smooth operation of the HR department.
Responsibilities:
• Facilitate HR projects such as meetings, training sessions, and surveys.
• Assist in the recruitment process including posting job vacancies, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires.
• Manage the employee performance appraisal process and organize training initiatives.
• Address employee inquiries regarding HR-related issues.
• Oversee the maintenance of accurate and confidential employee records.
• Ensure HR operations are in compliance with federal, state, and company regulations.
• Support the HR department with daily administrative tasks like filing, preparing reports, taking minutes, and conducting electronic follow-ups.
• Monitor the implementation of HR systems, ensuring developments and procedures align with the broader business needs.• Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar HR role within the Telecom Services industry.
• Proficiency in 401k - RRSP Administration is required.
• Demonstrable experience in Benefit Functions management.
• Proven ability in Claim Administration.
• Experience in Cobra Administration is essential.
• Excellent Calendar Management skills are necessary.
