Director of Human Resources

Key Responsibilities:
HR Strategy:
- Develop and implement HR policies and systems aligned with organizational goals.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws across multiple states.
Leadership & M& A:
- Partner with senior leadership on mergers and acquisitions, leading HR integration.
- Provide strategic HR guidance to drive growth and employee engagement.
Team Development:
- Mentor and develop HR team members for future leadership roles.
- Foster an inclusive, supportive work environment.
Talent & Culture:
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies.
- Drive engagement initiatives to support a positive workplace culture.
Compensation & Relations:
- Manage competitive compensation and benefits programs.
- Promote employee satisfaction through effective relations strategies.

What You Bring:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- 7-10+ years of HR experience, with a strong background in leadership roles and hands-on HR management.
- Significant experience with mergers and acquisitions, including HR due diligence and integration.
- Proven ability to mentor and develop HR staff, particularly in a small to mid-sized company.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and HR best practices across multiple states.
- Experience with recruitment and retention strategies
