We are offering an exciting opportunity for an HR Generalist located in the Westfield, New Jersey area. As an HR Generalist, your duties will encompass a range of HR functions, including managing employee relations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and overseeing benefits. You will also be expected to assist with the implementation of HRIS and maintain effective communication with team members across various locations.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage employee relations, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.

• Ensure regulatory compliance in all HR practices, staying up-to-date with changes in labor laws and regulations.

• Administer benefit functions, including payroll, in partnership with third-party providers.

• Assist in the implementation of HRIS, contributing to a more efficient and tech-savvy HR department.

• Maintain open and effective communication with team members across various locations, including those in the Middle East and Africa.

• Handle HR administrative tasks with precision and attention to detail.

• Leverage skills in ADP - Financial Services, ADP Workforce Now, ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode, Ceridian, Dayforce, and other relevant software.

• Support the VP of HR in all HR operations, acting as a key contributor to the department.

• Proven experience with ADP - Financial Services
• Proficiency in using ADP Workforce Now
• Familiarity with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode
• Experience in working with Ceridian
• Proficiency in using Dayforce
• Understanding and knowledge of Benefit Functions
• Excellent Communication skills
• Strong understanding of Compliance protocols
• Ability to manage Employee Relations effectively
• Experience with FMLA procedures and regulations.
