Robert Half HR Solutions is currently partnering with a client in the Flowery Branch area that is looking to add a strong Sr HR Generalist to their team. The ideal Sr HR Generalist will have a strong background utilizing UKG Pro for reporting and analytics. Key areas of responsibility will involve managing employee relations and investigations, performance management, benefits administration, HRIS maintenance, reporting and analytics, and compliance.

• Minimum of 5 years experience in a Human Resources role
• Proficient in ADP - Financial Services
• Experience with ADP Workforce Now
• Knowledgeable in ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode
• Familiarity with Ceridian and Dayforce systems
• Strong understanding of Benefit Functions
• Excellent communication skills
• Demonstrated knowledge in compliance regulations and standards
• Experience in managing Employee Relations
• Familiar with Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA)
• Proficient in HRIS Analysis and HRIS reporting
• Experience with UKG Pro and UKG Ready
• Proficient in data reporting
• Experience in Employee Relations Investigations
• Knowledgeable in Benefits Administration
