Responsibilities:
• Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, including garnishments and multi-state payrolls
• Utilize ADP Workforce Now for various HR and payroll tasks
• Manage HRIS - Human Resources Info Systems to maintain accurate employee records
• Uphold compliance with HR policies throughout the organization
• Handle all aspects of payroll tax reporting to ensure adherence to regulations
• Use HR Payroll System effectively for efficient payroll management
• Resolve employee inquiries related to payroll and HR policies
• Monitor and manage payroll compliance with a detail-oriented approach.• Demonstrated experience with ADP Workforce Now
• Proficiency in HRIS - Human Resources Info Systems
• Comprehensive understanding of HR Payroll System
• Familiarity with HR Policy and its implementation
• Certification as a Detail Oriented Payroll Compliance
• Experience with Payroll - Garnishments
• Proficiency in Payroll - Multi-State
• Expertise in Payroll Tax Reporting
