Job Description
Hannah Savage with Robert Half is looking for a Benefits & HR Coordinator to join her client's team in the automation industry, based in Rochester, New York. In this role, you will be tasked with providing comprehensive HR administrative support, managing HR documentation, overseeing reconciliation processes, maintaining accurate employee records, and benefit administration.
Responsibilities:
• Handle incoming communication related to HR matters, including calls and correspondence from a common inbox.
• Undertake the preparation and distribution of HR-related documents, such as policy updates, memos, and announcements.
• Maintain internal operating procedures and ensure all HR documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
• Keep internal HR files organized and regularly audit them for cleanliness.
• Process invoices related to monthly drug and background screening.
• Reconcile changes in 401K, new benefit enrollments, and verify dependents.
• Conduct yearly audits of I-9’s, PTO overrides, and similar processes.
• Ensure HR data accuracy and confidentiality, while also managing data changes within HR systems.
• Administer functions related to benefits, claims, and Cobra.

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role or relevant field
• Proficiency in 401k - RRSP Administration
• Demonstrated skills in Auditing/Verifying
• Experience in Benefit Functions
• Familiarity with Claim Administration procedures
• Leave administration experience highly preferred
• Competence in Human Resources (HR) Administration
