Responsibilities:
• Administer comprehensive employee benefits programs
• Handle payroll operations for a workforce of 101 to 500 employees
• Utilize Workday HCM for various HR functions
• Employ Workday Recruiting for effective talent acquisition
• Ensure adherence to HR regulations and company policies
• Collaborate with other HR team members to streamline HR processes
• Address employee queries regarding HR-related issues
• Participate in the development and implementation of HR strategies that align with business goals.• Proven experience in Benefits Administration is necessary
• Experience handling payroll for a workforce of 101 - 500 employees is required
• Proficiency in Workday HCM software is a necessity
• Must have a strong understanding and hands-on experience with Workday Recruiting module
