This position requires a seasoned HR professional with a strong understanding of the food service and hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with business goals and enhance organizational performance.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and retention efforts to attract and retain top talent in culinary, retail, and service roles.
- Manage employee relations, providing guidance to managers and employees to resolve workplace issues effectively.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, including wage and hour laws.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and alignment with industry standards.
- Lead performance management processes, including goal-setting, evaluations, and career development planning.
- Design and deliver training programs to support professional growth, compliance, and leadership development.
- Support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to foster a welcoming and inclusive work environment.
- Monitor HR metrics and provide data-driven insights to leadership for decision-making.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on workforce planning, organizational design, and change management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in HR leadership, preferably in the hospitality or food service industry.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices, with a focus on compliance and employee engagement.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in HRIS platforms, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant tools.
- A strategic mindset with the ability to implement practical and effective HR solutions.
- Experience managing large, diverse teams across multiple departments is a plus.
