About Our Client:

Our client is a growing company seeking an experienced HR professional to oversee and manage employee leave cases. They are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual who can effectively handle various leave types, ensure compliance with regulations, and provide guidance to employees and managers.

Job Description:

The HR Generalist (Leaves) will be responsible for managing employee leaves, including FMLA, ADAAA, and Workers’ Compensation, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and maintaining accurate records. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with various departments, including Benefits, Payroll, and Safety, to support leave processes and return-to-work procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage employee leave processes and ensure accurate paperwork.
  • Track and follow up on leave cases, ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Coordinate return-to-work documentation and assist with transitions.
  • Provide clear guidance on leave policies to employees and managers.
  • Maintain accurate records of leave cases and updates.
  • Lead manager training on leave policies and Workers' Compensation.
  • Collaborate with HR, Benefits, and Payroll teams for accurate compensation.
  • Develop and update leave management policies and procedures.
  • Maintain OSHA records and produce necessary reports.
  • Support Workers' Compensation claims and assist in case management.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience with leaves, FMLA, and ADA.
  • 1+ year of worker's compensation experience.
  • Knowledge of all HR disciplines and application.

Additional Details:

  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM (In-office)
