Position Summary:

The HR Manager will play a critical role in managing all aspects of human resources, with a particular emphasis on recruiting top talent, helping develop employees, and ensuring positive employee relations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in full-cycle recruitment, employee engagement, conflict resolution, and HR compliance. This role requires a strategic thinker with the ability to work collaboratively across departments to support our organizational goals.

Responsibilities:

· Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and create job descriptions.
  • Design and manage competitive salary structures, benefit programs, and incentives to attract and retain top talent
  • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.

· Employee Relations:

  • Develop and implement employee engagement activities to promote a positive workplace environment, enhance job satisfaction, and build a strong organizational culture.
  • Help create employee development plans and career progression paths to provide employees the opportunity for career growth and development.
  • Lead the management of employee onboarding to ensure a great employee experience and provide them with the tools they need to succeed in their role.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employee relations issues, providing guidance and support to employees and management.
  • Investigate and resolve employee complaints and conflicts in a fair and timely manner.
  • Conduct data analysis of workforce/company trends to help improve employee retention, performance, and other HR metrics.

· HR Policy & Compliance:

  • Ensure HR policies and procedures are up-to-date and compliant with federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Support managers in the performance review process, providing training and guidance as needed.
  • Enhance and optimize our ADP software to better meet the needs of our growing organization.
  • Advise management on HR policies and best practices to maintain compliance with labor laws.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR systems and databases.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in human resources, with a focus on recruitment and employee relations.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels.
  • Proven experience in conflict resolution and employee engagement.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in HRIS system, particularly ADP
  • HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus.
